Privately owned Italian Company is a concession holder responsible to plan, build and manage the freight village at the site. A strategic international freight hub (2 million sqm surface area), it is one of Europe's main intermodal logistics facilities providing a combined transport system, integrating freight storage, transport and handling. As the largest logistics distribution hub in that area and as the inland terminal of the nearest ports, the freight village is entitled to be part of the Special Economic Zone.
