  • The Company will acquire or enter into association with small and well-located schools with full accreditation for a K-12 academic offering as well as all required operational licenses.
  • It will concentrate in acquiring schools in cities with total population of over 3 million inhabitants with a robust and growing percentage of high and upper middle-income households that correspond to its target segment.
  • The Company plans to acquire or associate with 6 schools over the next three years in following cities:
  1. Bogota (Colombia)
  2. Monterrey or Guadalajara (Mexico)
  3. Lima (Peru)
  4. Medellin (Colombia)
  5. Mexico City (Mexico)
  6. Santiago (Chile)
  • During the post-acquisition phase, institutions will form an international network that will be the platform for intensive operational and financial synergies by using network-wide best practices.

The institutions will specialize in teaching children with the following specific learning differences, which are the most common:

  • Auditory Processing
  • Disorder (APD)
  • Dyscalculia
  • Dysgraphia
  • Dyslexia
  • Language Processing Disorder (LPD)
  • Non-Verbal Learning Disabilities (NVLD)
  • Visual Perceptual / Visual Motor Deficit
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)/Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
  • Executive Functioning, Memory
